- 1/4c orange juice
- 1/4c soy sauce
- 1/4c molasses
- 2t vinegar, chinese black
- 2t onion, grated
- 1/2t ginger, grated
- 2t sauce, hot pepper

Stir to blend then bring to a boil and let it cool
