- 2c to 2-1/2 cup ground almond
- 1/8ts lemon extract
- 1/8ts baking powder
- 1tb to 1-1/2 t lemon juice

Stir in half the finely ground almonds, lemon extract, baking powder

Transfer dough to well sugared surface

Knead in remaining almonds to form soft dough
