Shape dough into small balls

Beat egg white
- 4
Roll each hall in egg white, then in chopped nuts and place on ungreased cookie sheet Preheat oven to 400 degree s and bake 2 minutes

Remove from oven and push thumb in each ball, then bake a pproximately 2 more minutes

Garnish with icing, maraschino cherries, or chocol ate kisses
