- 1/3c sugar
- 1/4t salt
- 3eggs -- slightly beaten
- 1c light corn syrup
- 1t vanilla extract
- 1/2t almond extract
- 2/3c bakers cookie coconut

Blend butter, sugar and salt

Add eggs, syrup and extracts

Sprinkle coconut over bottom of pie shell

Pour filling over coconut

Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 40-50 minutes
