- 1c undiluted evaporated milk
- 2c all-purpose flour
- 1/4c soft butter
- 3t sugar
- 1egg
- 11/2 c (or more) all-purpose flour
- 1/2t baking soda

cover and leave at room temperature overnight

The next morning, beat together butter, sugar and egg
