- 2packageoak grove smokehouse dirty rice mix*
- 21/2 pounds ground round,
- 3bunches chopped green onions, with tops
- 1small finely chopped green pepper
- 3to 4 pounds spicy smoked sausage

talk about a bottomless bowl! 5 cups water, chicken or beef broth 2 packages Oak Grove Smokehouse Dirty Rice Mix* 2 1/2 pounds ground rou

Add dirty rice mix, stir

Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes
