- 4cup(1 quart) distilled white vinegar
- 1/2cupmustard seed
- 1tablespooncelery seed
- 2tablespoontabasco sauce
- 1bay leaf
- 6clovegarlic, peeled and cracked (not smashed)
- 1tablespoonkosher salt
