Ingredients
- 3poundground beef
- 1/4cupchopped fresh parsley
- 1small bell pepper, diced
- 1onion, chopped
- 1(6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 2slices stale bread or rolls
- 2eggs
- 1teaspooncajun spice blend

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well

Pat into ungreased loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes, until done
