Ingredients
- 2poundfresh mushrooms (or other ingredient),
- 2stalks lemon grass, bruised (this isn't eaten, but
- 2"kaffir" lime leaves (use lime zest if you can't get it)
- 2coriander (cilantro) plants, chopped.
- 10to 15 prik ki nu (birdseye chiles), thinly sliced.
- 2to 5 dried red chiles
- 2or 3 tablespoons sliced bamboo shoots or coconut shoots
- 2to 3 tablespoons fish sauce.
