Ingredients
- 12ouncepak bung
- 1/2poundsteak, cut into thin strips, then into bite size pieces
- 5or 6 cloves garlic roughly chopped
- 5or 6 chopped chiles (prik ki nu - birdseye or dynamite chile
- 1tablespoonchopped fresh ginger
- 1tablespoonoyster sauce
- 2tablespooncrushed yellow bean sauce
- 1/2cupvegetable oil
