Ingredients
- 1/2cupthai eggplant (small round green eggplants)
- 6-10clovegarlic, crushed, chopped or mashed
- 2stalks lemon grass (about 2-3" long), bruised
- 1/4cupvery thinly sliced lesser ginger
- 1/2cupsweet basil, chopped
- 1/4cupfish sauce
- 1tablespoonpalm sugar
