Ingredients
- 2to 3 pounds catfish pieces
- 1pounddried prik ki nu haeng (dried green birdseye chiles)
- 1/2cupgarlic, chopped (including the skins)
- 1/2cupshallots, chopped (including the skins)
- 2tablespoonkapi (fermented shrimp paste)
- 1/4cupfish sauce
- 3tablespoonsugar (preferably palm sugar)
