- 2tablespoonfish sauce
- 2tablespoonchicken stock
- 1to 2 teaspoons prik phom (freshly ground dried red chiles)
- 1tablespoonthinly sliced prik ki nu daeng (red birdseye chiles)
- 1teaspoonsugar
- 1bai makroot (kaffir lime leaf), shredded
