Ingredients
- 15to 30 fresh phrik ki nu (birdseye chiles)
- 10clovegarlic, chopped
- 1teaspoonchopped galangal
- 1tablespoonthinly sliced lemon grass
- 1/2teaspoonzest of "kaffir" lime (ordinary lime will do)
- 1teaspoonchopped coriander (cilantro) root
- 5white pepper corns
- 1tablespoonroasted coriander seeds
