Ingredients
- 1teaspoonfish sauce
- 1/4cuptakhrai (lemon grass), very finely sliced
- 2tablespoonminced garlic
- 1teaspoonfreshly ground prikthai (black pepper)
- 1/4cupchopped pak chi (coriander/cilantro plant)
- 1cupshrimp, pureed or finely chopped
- 1tablespoonprik ki nu daeng (red birdseye chiles), finely chopped
- 1tablespoonprik nam pao (chili paste in oil)
