12 tablespoons butter 1 cup granulated sugar 1 egg 2 egg yolks 2 tablespoons cognac 2 1/2 cups cornstarch (corn flour) 1 cup all-purpose flo

Cream the butter and sugar together

Add the remaining ingredients except the dulce de leche and coconut and mix well
