They are very elegant and dainty

3 eggs 2 egg yolks 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar 1 tablespoon soft butter 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 3/4 cups sifted flour, more or less Confec

Beat in the sugar, butter and salt
