- 5cups water, less 2 tablespoons
- 3/4poundground pork or beef
- 5ounces raw shrimp, chopped
- 1small onion, chopped
- 1(8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
- 1(4 ounce) can bamboo shoots, drained and finely chopped
- 1/2stalk celery, finely chopped

Batter should be about the consistency of crepe batter
