Ingredients
- 1large onion, finely minced
- 1tablespoonvegetable oil
- 1kg (2 1/4 pound) lean minced beef or lamb
- 2cupunseasoned breadcrumbs, moistened
- 2eggs, beaten
- 11/2 tablespoons finely chopped mint (if not
- 21/2 teaspoons salt
- 2tablespoonouzo (optional)
