Add flour to eggs, about 2 tablespoons at a time (add in 4 parts)

Beat after each addition so that the batter is smooth

Add milk the same way, in 4 parts beating after each addition

Add melted butter and salt and beat again

Put a generous coating of butter on each of two 9-inch pie pans

Pour half of the batter into each buttered pie pan and bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes

Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees F and bake for 5 minutes more
