- 1tablespoonwhite rice vinegar
- 1teaspoonsalt
- 1/2teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
- 1/2to 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 2teaspoonfinely chopped scallions

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and stir 1 to 2 minutes until thickened
