- 1/3cupwhite vinegar
- 1/4cupfreshly squeezed orange juice (approximation)
- 2or 3 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1/2teaspoonhot sauce

Yesterday I made a chicken dish that is somewhat similar to orange chicken (call it that for lack of a better name)
