- 2tablespoonghee
- 1onion, chopped fine
- 1/4cupgroundnuts (raw peanuts)
- 1/2teaspoonturmeric (just enough to color the rice)
- 1/2teaspoonmustard seeds

In a large round-bottomed frying pan, heat the ghee till very hot
