- 1(16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1cupmayonnaise
- 1/2head cabbage, shredded
- 1bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1cupgrated cheddar cheese
- 1(12 count) package taco size wheat or flour tortillas

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees F

Cool to touch, then shred or dice into small pieces and put into saucepan

Add salsa to chicken

Set aside until ready to heat for tacos
