Bourbon Highball (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz apple cider + dash of vanillaswapped — Warm it for hot drinks
• 1 twist lemon peel

Directions

1. 1

   Pour bourbon into a highball glass over ice cubes

   Fill with carbonated water and stir

3. 3

   Add the twist of lemon peel and serve

4. 4

   Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred.)
