Bourbon Black Hawk #2 (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz apple cider + dash of vanillaswapped — Warm it for hot drinks
• 1/2 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 tsp superfine sugar
• 1 maraschino cherry

Directions

   In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the bourbon, tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract, lemon juice, and sugar

   Shake well

   Strain into a cocktail glass

   Garnish with the cherry.
