Ingredients
- 2 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 3 - 4 oz club soda
Directions

Stir lemon juice, sugar and 2 oz of club soda together in a collins glass

Fill the glass with cracked ice
- 3
Top with club soda, and stir
- 4
Garnish with a spiral of orange or lemon peel, and serve.
