Bossa Nova

Ingredients

• 0.56 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/8 oz apricot nectarswapped
• 1/8 oz vanilla syrup + drop of anise extractswapped
• 5 oz pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz lemon juice

Directions

   Pour pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup, apricot nectar, galliano and juices into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice cubes

   Garnish with a pineapple fruit flag, and serve.
