Bongo Cola

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3/4 oz coffee syrupswapped
• 1/2 dash cherry juice or cherry syrupswapped
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 1 dash fresh lemon juice
• 3 oz cola

Directions

   Pour pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup, coffee syrup, kirsch, pineapple juice and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well

   Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes

   Fill with cola, and stir gently

   Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
