Bon Bini

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/2 oz orange syrupswapped
• 2 oz pineapple juice

Directions

   Pour the pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup, curacao and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass

   Garnish with a slice of pineapple, and serve.
