Bolshoi Punch (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
• 2 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1 tsp powdered sugar
• 1/4 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1/4 oz creme de cassis

Directions

   Pour the sparkling water, lemon juice, powdered sugar, coconut water and creme de cassis into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.
