Bluebird (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 maraschino cherry
• 1 twist lemon peel
• 1 tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1/2 oz orange juice + orange zestswapped
• 1/2 oz blue sports drink + orange extractswapped — Or blue food coloring + OJ
• 2 dash es bitters

Directions

   In a mixing glass half-filled with crushed ice, combine the gin, orange juice + orange zest, Curacao, and bitters

   Stir well

   Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist and the cherry.
