Bluebird

Ingredients

• 1 maraschino cherry
• 1 twist lemon peel
• 1 white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1/4 oz orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
• 1/4 oz orange syrup + drop of blue food coloringswapped
• 2 dash non-alcoholic bitters or omitswapped

Directions

   In a mixing glass half-filled with crushed ice, combine the gin, orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splash, Curacao, and bitters

   Stir well

   Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist and the cherry.
