Sue Riding High

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz chocolate syrupswapped
• 2 oz hot chocolate
• 1 tsp heavy cream

Directions

   Pour the dark rum, chocolate syrup and hot chocolate (room temperature) into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass

   Add the cream into the center of the drink, and serve.
