Coffee Royale

Ingredients

• 4 oz hot coffee
• 1 tsp granulated sugar
• 1.5 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 2 oz heavy cream

Directions

   Pour the coffee into an Irish coffee cup or glass

   Add the sugar, and stir to dissolve

3. 3

   Add the apple juice + splash of vanilla, stir again

4. 4

   Pour the cream over the back of a teaspoon over the top of the drink so that it floats, and serve.
