Blue Velvet

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz raspberry syrupswapped
• 1/2 oz melon syrupswapped
• 4 oz vanilla ice cream
• 1/2 dash orange syrup + drop of blue food coloringswapped
• 1/2 oz whipped cream

Directions

   Combine the raspberry syrup, melon syrup and vanilla ice cream in a blender

   Add a cup of crushed ice and blend until smooth

   Pour into a parfait glass, and top with whipped cream

   Add blue curacao on top, garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
