Blue Passion

Ingredients

• 0.56 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup + pinch of cinnamonswapped
• 1/4 oz orange syrup + drop of blue food coloringswapped
• 5 oz sweet and sour mix

Directions

   Pour the pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup + pinch of cinnamon, blue curacao and sour mix into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into a collins glass 3/4 filled with ice cubes

   Garnish with a pineapple flag, and serve.
