Blue Nuke (Mocktail)

Ingredients
- 1 oz sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
- 1 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
- 1 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
- 1 oz blue sports drink + orange extractswapped — Or blue food coloring + OJ
- 1 oz blueberry liqueur
- 3 - 4 oz sweet and sour mix
Directions

Pour sparkling water, Bacardi 151, tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract, blue curacao and blueberry liqueur into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes

Fill with sweet and sour mix, stir well, and serve.
