Strawberry Cascade

Ingredients

• 1 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1/2 oz vanilla syrup + drop of anise extractswapped
• 3/4 oz coffee syrupswapped
• 5 oz strawberry puree
• 2 oz whipping cream

Directions

   Blend all but the kahlua briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice

   Sprinkle the kahlua on top, and garnish with a sugar-dipped strawberry half

   Add straws, and serve.
