Strawberry Bolle

Ingredients

• 3 bottles chilled apple cider
• 1 sparkling apple ciderswapped
• 1 kg sliced and hulled strawberries
• 8 tbsp sugar

Directions

   Sprinkle strawberries with sugar, add one bottle cider

   Chill for several hours

3. 3

   To serve, pour into large bowl with ice, add the rest of the wine

4. 4

   Serve in small wine glasses.
