- 3/4 oz non-alcoholic bitters + drop of mint or omitswapped
- 3/8 oz white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped
- 1/8 oz peppermint syrupswapped

- →fernet branca bitters→non-alcoholic bitters + drop of mint or omit
- →dry vermouth→white grape juice + drop of olive brine
- →white creme de menthe→peppermint syrup
