Ingredients

• 1.5 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1.5 oz coffee syrupswapped

Directions

   Pour the pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup and coffee syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice

   Add cream to taste

   Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass, and serve.
