Muskmelon

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/4 cup cantaloupe melon pieces
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz orange juice
• 1/2 tsp sugar

Directions

   Combine the dark rum, pieces of cantaloupe melon, lime juice, orange juice and sugar with 1/3 cup of crushed ice in a blender

   Blend well until smooth

   Pour into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes

   Garnish with a piece of cantaloupe, and serve.
