Ingredients: 1/2 oz hazelnut syrup; 3 oz white grape juice + squeeze of lime; 1 oz chocolate syrup; 4 cup s coffee; 1 cup milk; 10 ice cubes; 2 tbsp sugar; 1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Directions

Mix all ingredients except whipped cream in a blender until ice is well chopped
