Claridge Cocktail
Ingredients
- 3/8 oz white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped
- 3/4 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
- 1/2 tbsp apricot nectarswapped
- 1/2 tbsp orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
Directions
- 1
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →dry vermouth→white grape juice + drop of olive brine
- →gin→white grape juice + squeeze of lime
- →apricot brandy→apricot nectar
- →triple sec→orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splash
