Claremont

Ingredients

• 3 dash non-alcoholic aromatic bitters or omitswapped
• 3/8 oz orange syrupswapped
• 2 slices oranges
• 2 cherries
• 3/4 apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1 oz soda water

Directions

1. 1

   Muddle an orange slice and a cherry with bitters and curacao in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass

   Remove the orange rind, and add bourbon, ice, and soda

   Garnish with the remaining orange slice and cherry, and serve.
