Blue Memphis (Mocktail)
🥃 Served in a highball glass
Ingredients
- 1 oz malibu coconut rum
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz milk
- 1 dash blue sports drink + orange extractswapped — Or blue food coloring + OJ
Directions

Pour all ingredients (except curacao) into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

Shake well
- 3
Add blue curacao and shake again briefly
- 4
Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.
