Muff Rider

Ingredients

• 2 oz white grape juice + splash of rice vinegarswapped
• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3 oz pineapple juice
• 6 oz bitter lemon soda

Directions

   Pour the sake, pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well and strain into a highball glass

   Fill with lemon soda, and serve.
