Mozart Cocktail

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz pomegranate juice splashswapped
• 1/2 tsp orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
• 2 dash non-alcoholic orange bitters or omitswapped

Directions

   Pour the anejo rum, pomegranate juice splash, orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splash and orange bitters into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice

   Stir well

   Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.
