Blue Blazer #2 (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 strong brewed black teaswapped — Lapsang souchong for smoky notes
• 1 part lemon juice
• 1 part light honey
• 2 - 3 parts water

Directions

   Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until the honey has completely dissolved

   Pour in Old-fashioned glasses with a spoon in it (to prevent the glass from breaking if the drink is too hot).
